Segway Battery Repair
We are UK operator of over 100 Segway's as result our full time technician's are experts in the repair and maintenance of Segway® X2 & I2 Batteries. We can diagnose faults, recondition with new cells or even offer you a new battery. We have been repairing batteries for over 10 years on our own and customer fleets.
We will initially try to diagnose and revive your battery without dismantling it, but if that doesn’t work we can offer other repair services to get your Segway back up and running:

We diagnose and then if possible “boost” and reactivate and recharge batteries that have been left or are no longer working.

What we do
- Open the battery case for exact fault determination
- Test individual cell groups in the battery
- Test the BMS board in the battery for function and errors
- Replacement of individual cell groups in the battery, if more than 2 cell groups need replacement you would require a full battery recondition. In this instance we would contact you and let you know that you require new cells, this means the cost would be for reconditioning the battery should you want to go ahead.
- Re-fit old / existing battery circuit board
- Re-fit inside old casing
- Waterproof sealing of the battery case
Price £250 + 60 per cell group fitted up to a max of 2 cell groups.

- Install and fit 23 new working cell groups
- Re-fit old / existing battery circuit board
- Re-fit inside old casing
