We’ve won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2020!

Segway Events has been awarded the coveted Platinum Trusted Service Award by one of the UK’s biggest review websites Feefo, for delivering exceptional customer service year-after-year. 

After winning the prestigious Gold Trusted Service Award on the back of customer feedback for three consecutive years, we have been awarded the Platinum Trusted Service Award for 2020. This award recognises companies that provide a consistently excellent service, sustained over three years, and show dedication to going above and beyond to deliver high levels of customer experience.

Through Feefo, an online review platform, customers are able to leave a rating out of five by following a link provided on a feedback email after their event with us. After achieving a score of 4.7 out of 5 from over 1,610 reviews in the last year and 6094 reviews in total over the last 3 years we have been awarded the Gold Trusted Service Award for the third year running, meaning we received the Platinum Trusted Service Award automatically.
