How it works

After you have purchased your experience voucher, we will send the voucher and booking information to you via email. The recipients of your gift can then book the day and location of their choice. 

• Electronic Vouchers - All Segway Events gift vouchers are by default e-vouchers delivered to your email inbox.
  
  
• Printed Vouchers - If you would like a printed voucher or a gift box, please add this to your cart during checkout.

We do not print names on gift vouchers. You are free to gift them to whoever you wish upon receipt!

On the day: We ask participants to arrive 30 minutes before the start of their session to allow time for completing the necessary paperwork and to ask any questions.

You will then be given a safety helmet to use for the session, however, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. A dedicated instructor will talk you through how the Segway works, and answer any questions before going through a quick 1-to-1 training, helping you to get to grips with the machine.

There will then be some time for practice, with some fun Segway games and skills, before being set free on our exhilarating Segway track! 

Once the experience has come to an end, you will have time to view some photos of you in action, which always guarantees some laughs!
